Job Responsibilities

As a Travel Money Advisor at Tesco Coatbridge, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting our retail customers with their foreign exchange options.
  • Adapting to our customers' requirements and delivering on our promise to fulfill their travel money needs.
  • Nurturing and forming relationships with customers to gain a better understanding of their travel and currency requirements, then tailoring their experience based on their destination.
Key Performance Goals

Your performance will be measured against the following key goals:

  • Delivering on key performance indicators, both procedural, operational, and customer-focused.
  • Utilising your keen eye for detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
  • Implementing best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhering to Travelex compliance procedures.
