Front of House Team Member

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Front of House Team Member to join our newest Permit Room Bar-Cafe team in Oxford. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests with a warm smile and making them feel welcome.
  • Transporting guests to the Permit Rooms of Bombay with knowledge of our drinks, bar snacks, curries, sharing plates, and well-loved Dishoom dishes.
  • Ensuring clear communication with guests and team members to meet their needs.
  • Pouring drinks to perfection and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Making every coffee and cup of Chai with attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Front of House Team Member or Host in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment.
  • A desire to grow and develop within the company.
