Account Executive Job in Harrogate
You will be responsible for managing key client relationships, securing new business opportunities, and maintaining partnerships with external stakeholders to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
About the Role:
- Drive business growth through acquiring new customers and renewing existing contracts.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and effective communication.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, MGAs, and brokers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a commercial or account management role.
- Strong understanding of commercial principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
