Childcare Director

Megalo Recruit is seeking an experienced and confident Nursery Room Leader to join our team.

This role involves leading the implementation of the EYFS curriculum through the Montessori approach, as well as planning for the curriculum and maintaining accurate children's records. You will also be responsible for supporting and supervising room staff in their day-to-day duties, monitoring their paperwork, and providing high standards of quality within the nursery.

The ideal candidate will have NNEB or a full and relevant Early Education and Childcare qualification, as well as toddler room leader experience in a nursery/early years setting. They should also have solid knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and health and safety, and good communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus company pension, 28 days holiday, free uniform, and central location with public transport links.
