Our GROW graduate programme is a 3-year structured programme designed to help you develop skills to become an experienced professional in your chosen field.

As an engineer joining GROW, you will be given the opportunity to specialise within your chosen discipline of engineering and will develop core engineering and consulting techniques.

Role Accountabilities:

Our Mechanical Engineers work extensively in a broad spectrum of UK and international industrial sectors, and are at the forefront of efforts to reduce energy and carbon.

With a variation of work, experience, and challenges within Water, Rail, Highways, or Building Services, our Mechanical Engineers have an important role in the design, installation, operation, maintenance and management of associated processes and assets.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • You will be graduating in or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant Batchelors or Master's degree.
  • You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player.
  • You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
  • You will be willing to travel and stay away from home when required.
  • We embrace virtual working.
