Job Overview



The role of Finance Assistant is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to utilise their financial analysis skills and knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Accountant to undertake a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:




  • Assisting in the preparation of month-end packs and variance analysis
  • Reconciliations, liaison with financial and non-financial staff, and reporting for senior management
  • Budget monitoring and project work, including process improvement initiatives
  • General associated tasks and administrative duties


What You'll Need to Succeed



To excel in this role, you will need experience in a similar Accounts Assistant/Assistant Accountant position, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to produce effective financial analysis. You must also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, including financial and non-financial staff.



Educational Requirements



A relevant qualification, such as ACCA/CIMA/AAT, is highly desirable, although not essential. The company is willing to offer study support for the right candidate.

Estimated Salary
