About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Specialist to join our team at John Lewis Partnership. As a key member of our department, you will play a vital role in the continued growth and success of our landscaping business.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in hard and soft landscaping projects, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations. You will work closely with our management team to develop future propositions and drive growth, while maintaining high standards of health and safety and accurate stock control.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading landscaping operations, including planting and hard landscape services.
  • Working collaboratively with the landscaping team to ensure seamless delivery and adherence to health and safety protocols.
  • Complying with established procedures and standards to maintain high-quality service delivery.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sourcing and purchasing appropriate stock for landscaping business needs.
  • Effective stock, inventory, and waste management.
  • Delivering customer orders to sites being landscaped.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Degree in horticulture or equivalent experience in hard landscape.
  • Basic brick and block work skills.
  • Patio laying expertise.
  • Fencing knowledge.
  • Experience in using plant machinery.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Practical experience in landscaping services.
