About the Job

The Sherwin-Williams Company is looking for a highly organized and communicative Sales Support Administrator to join our team in Reading. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide administrative assistance to our Trade/DIY sales and account management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the Trade/DIY sales and account management teams with creation of bespoke POS, manuals, and guides for customer accounts.
  2. Manage orders, packing, and delivery of sales team event materials.
  3. Build and circulate weekly business activity communication for Trade/DIY & KF sales teams.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, planning, and communication; ability to negotiate; merchandising skills.
  • Experience: Customer-facing role experience; knowledge of SW brands and products; knowledge of SW markets – KF, Trade & DIY.
Benefits

This role offers an attractive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
