About the Role:

As a highly skilled and creative individual, you will have the opportunity to work with the Estee Lauder brand, providing exceptional customer service and selling market-leading products across makeup, skincare, and fragrance. You will be responsible for creating an inspirational and personalized customer experience, educating and delighting customers through your passion for beauty and people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a unique and inspirational in-store experience for customers.
• Sell market-leading products across makeup, skincare, and fragrance, combining your creative and technical expertise.
• Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events and ensure the store achieves high standards of visual merchandising.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements:

• Able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise in makeup artistry and sales.
• A passion for people and a strong customer service focus.
• An approachable and friendly personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in speaking to customers and understanding their needs to best cater to them.
• Flexible availability across days and hours, with a focus on providing a good work-life balance.
