About the Company:

Escape Recruitment Services is a leading recruitment agency that specializes in placing skilled professionals in various industries. We are currently partnering with a reputable organization to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their mobile team.

**About the Role:**

Your role will be mobile, covering various sites within the Edinburgh area. You will be responsible for carrying out all Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance across the contracts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Carrying out all PPM and reactive maintenance within commercial premises, ensuring all works are carried out within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Carrying out repairs and attending breakdowns within commercial premises, which will include providing a call-out response to be carried out within agreed SLAs.
  • Diagnosing faults and rectifying these issues where possible.
  • Ensuring that all contractors are monitored on behalf of the client and that work is carried out correctly.
  • Working in a client/customer-facing environment, ensuring you remain professional at all times.
  • Taking a proactive approach to working in partnership with the client to ensure all concerns are dealt with promptly.
  • Ensuring all paperwork is kept up to date and submitted weekly.

**Requirements:**

  • City & Guilds/ SVQ Level 3 Certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • City & Guilds BS7671 18th Edition.
  • Experience of carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance.
  • You will ideally have existing experience within a busy, Facilities Management (FM) environment.
  • Full driving UK license (6 points maximum).
  • Happy to complete Disclosure Scotland.

**Preferred Skills:**

  • Experience of carrying out Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance.

**Compensation Package:**
