Finance Manager

We are seeking an ambitious Finance Manager to join our team at Hays Accountancy and Finance. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the financial management of our clients, including cash flow forecasting, transactional processes, and payroll.
- Ensure efficient month-end closures and produce and manage management accounts.
- Handle journal postings, inter-company accounts, and prepare financial accounts for audit compliance.
- Analyse KPIs and collaborate with management teams for future forecasting.
- Lead technical accounting projects and prepare and manage commercial contracts.
- Qualified accountant with a proactive and positive approach.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience of month-end and year-end, with an understanding of audit processes.
- Good IT skills, including Excel, and experience of Xero would be useful.
