My Mortgage Planner is a dynamic mortgage broker offering a stimulating work environment and CeMAP qualification opportunities. We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Consultant to join our team.

We offer an estimated salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, and introducers via phone and email.
• Manage new business applications from start to completion.
• Ensure timely documentation and information retrieval from clients and lenders.
• Process applications on lender portals efficiently.
• Update CRM systems accurately.
• Comply with FCA regulations and guidelines.
• BUILD STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS through effective communication.
• Process loan applications promptly and within deadlines.
• Keep clients informed about application progress.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proven administration background in mortgages or a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong IT skills for efficient task management.
• CeMAP certification or equivalent is highly valued.
• A personable and team-oriented professional with a can-do attitude.
