Cloud Infrastructure & Security Services Practice

Cognizant Infrastructure Services is seeking an experienced EUC Engineer to join our Cloud Infrastructure & Security services practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our clients' cloud infrastructure and security needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage ChromeOS devices and Chrome Browser Enterprise Support using Admin console
  • Implement Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
  • Onboard and enroll ChromeOS devices
  • Deploy enterprise policies and enforce security measures
  • Secure Chromebooks with device management
  • Manage Google Workspace and Windows OS environments
  • Troubleshoot Windows OS issues and BIOS configuration
  • Perform hardware asset management and environment refresh
  • Set up printers and print spoolers
  • Provide support in a dynamic team environment and participate in rotational on-call support
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in ChromeOS device management and Chrome Browser Enterprise Support
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) expertise
  • Windows OS troubleshooting and BIOS configuration skills
  • Hardware Asset Management (HAM) knowledge
  • Experience working in a support team and rotational on-call support
