Installation Technician

This role involves traveling to residential and commercial job sites to install glass enclosures, including greenhouses, conservatories, skylights, and more. You'll have the opportunity to learn a specialized trade or transfer your construction skills to a growing field.
The role is 100% travel during the week, with home on weekends. We provide hotel accommodations, meal stipends, a company vehicle, and gas. Overtime pay is eligible, and we anticipate an average of 10-15% overtime each week.
Key Responsibilities- Travel to commercial and residential job sites to install glass enclosures and window and door products
- Interpret blueprints and follow procedures in accordance with installation manuals
- Perform finishing details and system caulking with limited supervision
- Operate mobile equipment, such as scissor lifts, forklifts, and boom lifts
- Perform limited vehicle driving responsibilities
- Consistently follow departmental procedures regarding expense reimbursements and timekeeping
- 3+ years of experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, and/or home building
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Ability to travel 3-4 overnights per week
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively work on a team
- Comfortable occasionally flying for business purposes
- Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
