At Ideal Personnel & Recruitment Solutions Limited, we are seeking an experienced Title Checker to join our team due to continued growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the entire conveyancing process and be capable of dealing with all aspects of a purchase transaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide expert assistance to our live conveyancing teams on complex transactions as they arise.
  • To report to clients and raise legal enquiries on all residential tenures.
  • To assist in the management of replies to enquiries, management packs, mortgage offers, and searches.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable knowledge of the conveyancing process and be able to work effectively in a team environment. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a title checking role.
  • Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
