We are seeking full-time senior civil and structural engineers to contribute to our expanding team, focusing on a diverse array of new build nuclear projects. You will play a key role in fostering strong professional relationships while enhancing your technical capabilities and applying your management skills to achieve exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Your Qualifications:
  • A solid background in civil-structural design and analysis, project engineering, or design consultancy.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects effectively.
  • Proven ability to lead, execute, and review the design of new building structures, ensuring project ownership.
  • Familiarity with highly regulated sectors such as nuclear, power, or rail.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively from various locations to meet client needs while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Experience in preparing bids and tenders to secure projects.
  • Skills in managing, leading, and mentoring team members.
