Medical Field Service Engineer

TRS Consulting Services Limited is seeking a skilled Medical Field Service Engineer to join their national team of engineers. As a Medical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, repair, breakdown, and maintenance of highly advanced MRI Magnetic Resonance Imaging Systems located at hospital and healthcare centers throughout Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, and West Sussex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on MRI systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and advancements in medical imaging

Requirements:

  • Field service experience in a medical device or imaging sector
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel
