  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies and programs
  • Review and overhaul of all current PM schedules
  • Ensure mechanical equipment needs are captured and delivered by project teams
  • Interface with compliance subject matter experts
  • Support compliance activities

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of building and infrastructure systems
  • Knowledge of Building Management Systems
  • Knowledge of various HPHW systems, Automated industrial doors, industrial cranes, ventilation, compressed air Systems
  • Good knowledge and understanding of maintenance practices and processes
  • Experience of contract management preferred
