Job Summary

We're looking for a Team Member to join our crew As a Team Member, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food to order, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and drinks.
  • Prepare food to order, including cooking, assembling, and packaging menu items.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety procedures and reporting any hazards or incidents.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • You must be able to stand and move for most of your shift.
  • You must be able to lift up to 5kg - 25kg occasionally.
  • You must be able to handle weather-related moments, such as rain at the drive-thru or taking out the rubbish.
  • You must be able to wear a headset and use other restaurant equipment, such as an order-taking system or grill.
  • You must be able to follow brand standards and guidelines.
