Job Opportunity at St Marks Studio

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services team at St Marks Studio. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in managing accounts within the advertising or media industry, particularly in Out-of-Home (OOH) media or in an integrated agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships across multiple accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Collaborate closely with the Account Director to develop a deep understanding of clients' goals and objectives.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Lead on the planning, execution, and evaluation of OOH media campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, production, and operations, to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Strategic Contribution: Support and contribute to the development of tailored OOH media strategies that align with client goals. Identify, plan, and help develop new business opportunities.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budgets, manage purchase orders, and ensure financial accuracy throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile reconciliation reports for clients, ensuring planned spend is accurate.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the OOH media space.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Provide mentorship to the Senior Account Executive as needed.
