Warehouse Supervisor

Are you a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader looking for a stable position within a manufacturing environment?

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day activities of our warehouses, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining high health and safety standards.

**Salary:** £30,000 (inclusive of allowances), with additional earning potential through overtime opportunities

**Job Description:**

• Manage the warehouse operations to achieve agreed delivery timescales and ensure efficient use of resources

• Supervise and develop a team of warehouse staff, promoting a positive and productive working environment

• Communicate effectively across shifts and with senior logistics staff to maintain seamless operations

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

• Proven experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment

• Current Forklift Licenses (Reach and Counterbalance)

• MRP/ERP or computerised warehouse management system experience (ideally SAP)
