**Dementia Support Assistant Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated Dementia Support Assistant to join our team at Weston Park, a residential and nursing home in Macclesfield Town.
As a Dementia Support Assistant, you will work closely with residents, families, and care staff to deliver person-centred care that promotes dignity, respect, and empowerment.
