About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management specialist to join our Welcome Office team, responsible for delivering an enhanced property management service to occupiers on a portfolio of premium multi-let London offices.

The successful candidate will require regular and direct communication with institutional fund management clients and the supervision of a number of other property managers, graduates, and on-site staff.

You will work closely with the Property Accounts team to ensure that all financial information is reported accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Building and maintaining close professional relationships with clients, occupiers, and colleagues is paramount to your success.
  2. You will prepare formal and detailed client reports on the property management service, on a monthly and on an ad hoc basis.
  3. You will prepare and oversee the service charge expenditure while ensuring occupiers comply with all lease obligations.
  4. Clients may lean on your professional advice and support in connection with value enhancement assets, rent reviews, lettings, and lease renewal programmes.
  5. Up-selling specialist services and utilising knowledge from our Environmental and Sustainability team, Building Surveying services, and introducing placemaking initiatives alongside our Activate team, will help to provide holistic service to our clients.
What Matters Most in This Role

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

You will be responsible for overseeing the provision of common services to properties and tenants, working with landlords and occupiers on all other matters relating to the clients' property portfolio, and undertaking or arranging property inspections.

Experience managing prestigious central London assets would be beneficial to this role.
