What will you do & what will you need

As a Warehouse Section Leader, you'll be responsible for delivery of operational service KPIs, coach colleagues to improve their performance, and create an environment where everyone can make suggestions and be heard. You'll also support the induction of new starters and ongoing legal and operational training requirements for colleagues.
