ESOL Instructor

The role involves delivering high-quality instruction in a variety of settings, including offsite and vocational environments. You will work closely with a curriculum team to develop and implement effective teaching strategies that cater to the needs of international learners, commercial clients, and individuals from Job Centre Plus, NEET, or similar provision.

To be successful in this position, you should have a Level 5 teaching qualification and a subject specialist qualification in ESOL, or be willing to work towards these qualifications. Experience of teaching ESOL students in further education, particularly in commercial and community-based settings, is highly desirable.
