About the Role
As a Senior Clinical Nurse Lead, you will play a vital part in shaping our inpatient mental health services, working closely with our multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care and support to patients.
Job Description
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and developing your own and the team's clinical skills, knowledge, and professional practice through regular training and development opportunities.
- Supporting and contributing to the organisation's clinical governance systems, ensuring the maintenance of effective evidence-based practice.
- Acting as a clinically focused Senior Staff Nurse within Inpatient Wards, providing support and advice to junior staff and linking with Matrons and community specialist nurses.
- Supporting the upskilling of staff knowledge and skills, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A professional healthcare qualification (Nurse) and registration to practice.
- Comprehensive experience of multi-disciplinary work and a proven track record of delivering high-quality care.
- A management qualification or equivalent experience, demonstrating your ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Post-graduate experience working in MH Inpatients, ideally within a senior leadership role.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
