We are looking for an experienced business leader to drive our learning and development initiatives as Strategic Learning Director. This role will focus on building a progressive learning environment that empowers our team members across levels of experience.

Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Building Progressive Learning Programs: Develop training programs to address evolving business needs.

  • Developing Strategic Plans: Identify training needs and develop plans to address them.
  • Driving Synergies: Identify and drive synergies across business functions.

Salary

An estimated salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
