We are seeking a highly experienced quality professional to lead our Engineering fabrication business in Lanarkshire.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Directors and be responsible for driving quality and business improvement across the business.
This role requires a hands-on approach, with a strong focus on ownership, customer relationships, and commercial awareness.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage QA, QC, and Business Improvement: Oversee the entire quality function, including quality assurance, quality control, and business process improvement.
