Ardmore Group is a leading construction company with a strong reputation for delivering large-scale projects across London. We are currently seeking an experienced Health and Safety Professional to join our team as an HSQE Manager.

The role will involve implementing, managing, and embedding Ardmore's health and safety standards throughout the duration of the project. The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar role within the building construction sector and hold relevant certifications such as NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (advisor).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with senior management to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct daily site inductions and review induction forms and competence cards.
  • Organize internal and external training sessions to improve staff knowledge and skills.
  • Develop and implement risk assessments and method statements to ensure safe working practices.
  • Collaborate with site managers to determine suitable method statements and risk assessments.
  • Promote low-carbon construction methods and environmental best practices on-site.
