About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our sales team as an Outbound Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our construction customers to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize consultative telephone selling techniques to support customers within a defined territory and trade
  • Develop clear strategies to extend customer base by building relationships with engaged customers
  • Manage own time to achieve sales targets and generate measurable contributions to customers and profitability
  • Establish clear and consistent pricing within territory and ensure sustainable profitable growth
  • Follow up on all leads to turn them into business opportunities and generate leads when field or technical input is needed
Requirements
  • Proven selling experience with visible results
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly over the telephone
  • Good communication skills, with ability to relay information at all levels within the organisation
  • Self-driven, proactive attitude and highly motivated to achieve results
  • Ability to learn new ideas/products and implement quickly
  • Ability to work with other team members to grow the business
  • Support the increasing competency of our solutions via other sales teams
  • Ability to proactively drive the working relationship with internal and external team members
