Create and maintain accurate baseline forecasts for an 18-month rolling horizon using Exceedra or equivalent demand planning tools.

Hold regular forecasting surgeries with National Account Managers to validate and agree on customer forecasts, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest information and insights.

Develop and issue monthly forecast variance and accuracy reports to NAMs, providing root cause commentary to support their promotional planning efforts.

Support NAMs in promotional planning for their accounts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Represent customer accounts in monthly Demand Review meetings, providing market-wide and account-specific trend analysis to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

Proven experience in demand planning, with a strong background in using Exceedra or similar demand planning tools.

Excellent retailer relationships and experience in using Excel to a high standard.
