About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Director of Quantum Services to join our team in Bristol. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation of analysis and expert reports for high-value and complex arbitration and litigation proceedings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of contract and commercial strategies to recover performance of distressed projects or major programs.
  • Analyse tender, contract, and claims documentation to identify quantum forensic evidence.
  • Maintain effective stakeholder management with clients and supply-chain partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
  • Master's degree in construction specialism, preferably construction law.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantum analysis, dispute resolution, and contract administration, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the pursuit of claims up or down the supply chain, developing and implementing strategies to maximize recovery.
