About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team as a Repossession Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of repossession sales cases, from instruction to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage a caseload of repossession sales cases
  • Perform title checks and produce title reports for Asset Managers and lender clients
  • Liaise with buyers' solicitors to resolve enquiries and bring transactions to a swift conclusion
  • Provide accurate updates to lender clients and their Asset Managers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Leasehold is required, ideally including leasehold title checking
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in running a sale and purchase caseload
