About the Role:

The successful Electrical Actuators Engineer will be responsible for answering technical questions, assisting with customer applications, and performing fault diagnosis for a range of products including motion control and/or actuators. Key responsibilities will include setting up and programming PLC's, motor drivers, and industrial communications, as well as creating and delivering training courses and operating manuals.

Requirements:

  • HND or Degree in an Engineering discipline such as Electronics or Mechatronics
  • 1+ Years' industrial design / support / testing experience
  • Knowledge of various electronic applications such as Electric Motion Control for industrial applications
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Some knowledge of PLC's and ladder or Structured Text programming
  • An appreciation of industrial communications protocols such as EtherNet IP, PROFINET, and/or IO-Link
