About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team as an Alternative Provision Teacher in Northampton. With a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, you will play a key role in shaping the educational journey of students with diverse needs.

As a specialist teacher, your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to cater to students' unique academic levels and learning requirements. Your expertise in teaching and supporting students with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) needs will be invaluable in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

You will work closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to student care and education, providing guidance and support when needed. This role requires working hours of Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 4:30PM.
