Job Overview:

Randstad CPE is currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician with an electrical bias to join our team in Norton Canes. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all automated equipment is properly installed, repaired, and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Install, repair, and maintain all automated equipment
  2. Respond to breakdowns, diagnose issues, and resolve problems
  3. Diagnose faults and carry out maintenance and repairs on various types of equipment
  4. Engage in continuous improvement to suggest and implement actions aimed at enhancing productivity, processes, and quality for all plant, equipment, and facilities
  5. Assist in managing the inventory of spare parts and consumables to reduce downtime
  6. Maintain up-to-date documentation related to maintenance activities

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Electrical bias
  • Electrical qualification
  • Experience working on automated machinery
  • At least 2 years of experience out of an apprenticeship
