Sponsorship Events Coordinator

CFO Insights is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sponsorship Events Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing sponsorship events that align with our company's goals and objectives.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to take ownership of our sponsorship events. You will work closely with our events team to plan, coordinate, and execute events that showcase our company's expertise and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute sponsorship events, including conferences, seminars, and workshops
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and sponsors
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute events that meet our company's goals and objectives
  • Ensure accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and agreements using our CRM
  • Collect feedback from clients post-event to evaluate satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results
  • UK work permit
  • Fast learning and competent with new systems
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Docs Editors suite
