We are seeking a highly skilled Cocktail Bartender/Mixologist to join our Bar team at The Mitre Hotel. Our hotel has been transformed into a luxurious destination with a range of amenities, including restaurants, cocktail bars, and river terraces.

What we're looking for:

• A highly knowledgeable and skilled bartender with a passion for mixology.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills.
• A thirst for knowledge and development.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment.
• Between 1 to 2 years' experience in a Bartender or Mixologist role.
