Salary & Benefits

Key Responsibilities

As a Community Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing person-centred care and support to individuals in their homes or community settings
  2. Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  3. Encouraging independence and promoting social interaction
  4. Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to the care team

Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Experience working in a care environment, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations
