About the Role

We are seeking a talented Marketing Graduate to join our team at Textron Specialized Vehicles in Ipswich, Suffolk. As a key member of our Marketing & Communications team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and brand awareness through innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing plans, including photo and video shoots, advertising campaigns, and social media initiatives;
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance;
  • Manage and maintain our email communication platform, Pardot, to ensure seamless internal and external communications;
  • Oversee website updates, including new product launches, special promotions, and model year changes;
  • Support local, regional, and national events to promote our brands and products;
  • Other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field;
  • Prior internships or work experience in Marketing roles is advantageous, but not essential;
  • Microsoft Office required;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications;
  • Able to work under pressure with a flexible attitude.
