Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team on a permanent, part-time or temporary basis. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care, housework, medication management and companionship to our service users.

Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care and support to service users within their homes and community.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing and toileting.
  • Preparing meals and snacks as required.
  • Managing medication according to individual care plans.
  • Providing companionship and social interaction to service users.
Requirements
  • A current PVG scheme membership or willingness to join.
  • SSSC membership or willingness to join.
  • Ability to work using own initiative and as part of a wider team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dedicated and reliable with a positive attitude.
Benefits
