Role Overview

MacKillop Family Services Limited is seeking an experienced and compassionate Adult Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a residential care worker, you will play a vital role in providing emotional and practical support to young people in our care. Your expertise will help them develop essential life skills, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or equivalent qualification. Additionally, a valid Driver's Licence, Employee Working with Children Check, and NDIS Workers Screening Check are required.

The salary for this part-time position is approximately $62,000 - $72,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities for career advancement.
