Job Title: Senior Research Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Analyst to join our Residential Research team at Knight Frank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating insights on wealth themes and global prime property markets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough analysis of global prime property markets and wealth-related themes.
* Manage databases containing economic, demographic, and real estate market data.
* Collaborate with the Global Head of Research to produce regular reports and presentations highlighting trends and insights in the real estate sector.
* Assist in creating white papers, sector reports, and market analyses.
* Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data and reports through rigorous validation and quality control measures.
* Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

Operating Environment:

This role is based within the Residential Research team at Knight Frank's office. Daily management will be overseen by the Global Head of Research, Liam Bailey.

Experience and Qualifications:

* Background in journalism, data journalism, or research is advantageous.
* University degree (1st or 2:1) or relevant industry experience.
* Proven ability to analyze statistical data and transform it into actionable insights.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a history of producing high-quality reports.
* Strong proficiency in written communication and Excel.
* Demonstrated capability to ensure accuracy in data handling, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to extract and communicate key results and stories from the data.
* Personal skills suited to working within a professional team environment as well as engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on projects.
* A strong interest in real estate markets.

Technical Skills:

* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
