We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic SEN Support Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Psychology and Criminology graduate, you will have a strong understanding of the complexities of social, emotional, and mental health needs.
The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced team to provide first-class support to children with complex needs, including SEMH, ADHD, Autism, and Mild Learning Difficulties. You will be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive learning environment, promoting the well-being and independence of our students.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized support to students with complex needs
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless support
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
We offer a competitive salary of £450 - £525 per week, plus comprehensive training and development opportunities. If you are a Psychology and Criminology graduate looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.

Hours: Full time, 8:30 am to 3:45 pm
