About the Role

At Memorialplus, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial and Regulatory Legal Expert to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing expert legal advice and guidance on commercial and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality legal advice on a range of commercial and regulatory matters, predominantly through telephone consultations.
  • Apply legal situations to policy wording and provide guidance on all products provided by and/or serviced by Memorialplus.
  • Work within agreed service levels and quality standards to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and case law to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Explain the insurance claims process to customers under their Legal Expenses policy.

Requirements

  • Minimum LLB qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
  • A keen interest in developing legal expertise within the Insurance sector.
