We are seeking an experienced E-Discovery Project Manager to join our team at Brimstone Consulting. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing data for processing, including staging, logging, and quality control checks. You will also process data using specialist software tools and review exceptions.

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of data for processing, including staging, logging, and quality control checks.
  • Data processing using specialist software tools and exception review.
  • Project support and administration.
  • Quality control of colleague work, including complex searches in Relativity and document disclosure.
  • Research into new software tools, techniques, and workflows to enhance processing and review functions.
  • Active participation in building client relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to follow instructions and understand complex policies and procedures.
  • Working under pressure while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated desire to learn and share knowledge (training will be provided as required).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a wider team.
  • Efficient time management and organizational skills.
  • Transactional and relational database understanding (e.g., SQL, mySQL).
