Job Summary
We're seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safely and independently in their own homes. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes, including assistance with personal care, medication management, and household tasks.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to meet their goals.
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, and help them to maintain their independence and dignity.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.
Requirements
We're looking for a caring and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support services. You'll need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll also need to be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and be willing to travel to clients' homes.
