Job Title: Asset Analyst

Location: Onsite in Winchester with occasional travel to data centers

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Asset Analyst to oversee the management of assets, focusing on maximizing value through strategic acquisition, maintenance, and disposal. The Asset Analyst will ensure optimal performance and returns while managing risk and aligning assets with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze asset performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct regular site visits to data centers to assess asset conditions and requirements.
  • Assist in the procurement of assets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and budget constraints.
  • Perform audits of asset inventory and usage to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Regularly update the asset management system with new data and insights.
