Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team in the region. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all plant hire equipment is inspected, tested, maintained and repaired safely and efficiently.

This is a great opportunity for someone with technical expertise and excellent communication skills to work directly with other engineers, drivers and the hire desk team to ensure effective repair and maintenance of plant equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Test and repair plant equipment to the highest standard.
  • Liaise with drivers and the hire desk team to prioritize repairs and maintenance effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with other engineers to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to test and repair plant equipment to the highest standard.
  • NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • Technical/engineering background desirable.
