The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Test Analyst to join our team at Diligenta in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have experience in the life and pension products sector and a strong understanding of financial services industry regulations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for robustly testing the BaNCS systems from a business perspective, ensuring a smooth delivery into production for both production support releases and new Transformation releases. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and managing test execution for key areas allocated, involving forming relationships with cross-functional teams to achieve successful implementation
  • Managing and liaising with senior managers both internal and external
  • Ensuring the accountabilities of the role are delivered in line with Diligenta's values of acting with integrity and honesty

You'll be responsible for:

  • Completing test scripting phases to quality, productivity, and timeline targets across programmes
  • Managing and testing critical and complex areas requiring senior attention
  • Managing defects to resolution, including defining solution amendments and resolving requirement and solution gaps with stakeholder buy-in
  • Managing dependencies both internal and external, and in terms of business and technology
  • Encouraging personal development and growth of staff you manage
  • Actively contributing to BAT team management across all programmes
